His commitment together with the team he built and a close collaboration with worldwide riders has brought the foiling to a next level giving life and success to Chubanga foils.

For the Chubanga V3, a proper design team under the guidance of Luca Filippi was formed.

The initial design team was fully Italian: Giorgio Provinciali, Simone Bartesaghi (F4E collaborator) and Franco Lovato. A later addition coming from France was the last move to finalize the project; Charles Dhainaut who joined the team working closely with F4E.

The final design was then achieved by F4E collaborators (Simone and Charles). The design team started based on the experience gained from Chubanga V2; using custom F4E proprietary tools developed to estimate hydrofoils performances. The new project started with given targets from Luca and his top rider’s feedbacks and one goal in mind: to achieve maximum performance.
